Kerala Sathra sahithya parishad Oachira Mekhala committe is organising an open seminar about the development of National hiway from Cherthal to Kazhakuttam titled "Desiyapatha BOT pathayo?Swakarya pathayo.?" at 4 pm on saturday 20.03.2010 at Vavvakvu Jn., in National hiway. The main paper is presented by Sri. Monahan Manalil, Director, STED and representatives of political prties and other organizations will participate in discussions.
